RetargetApp’s mission is to make digital advertising simple and efficient.
We want to decrease the time our clients spend on using the complicated standard advertising tools. From our own experience, we know that this work is rather mundane and requires knowledge and experience rather than creativity. We are there to automate this work.

We want our clients to spend their time on more important things, such as business-related tasks or more quality time with their close ones, so we are there to automate some of the routine tasks they have to deal with.

This is why, we’re looking for an experienced HR / Recruiter to take ownership of hiring various roles which fit our values, who understand the challenges and issues of a fast-paced, growing tech company. As the first HR / Recruiting manager at RetargetApp, you will be responsible for helping the company to support our values and recruiting the best people to work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with Team Leads to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple roles in the software development field
* Publish and promote vacancies
* Review resumes and interview candidates
* Facilitate job interviews
* Drive the offer process (including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters)
* Onboard new hires
* Provide innovative, scalable hiring solutions to help RetargetApp meets its business objectives
* Develop & support our culture

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience with product teams in the software development field
* Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
* Practical experience with candidate assessment using various interviewing strategies
* Interest in contributing to the RetargetApp mission and goals
* Experience in designing team building events and developing company culture will be an advantage.
