What’s the opportunity?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales person to build Sales Department from scratch.

Your role is to lay the foundation for RetargetApp sales.
We want you to find sales approaches that actually convert by engaging with prospects and leads, helping them understand the value of RetargetApp, and moving them forward in the sales process. We’re in the early days of building a world-class sales team, and the road ahead is going to be very exciting. We want you to scale fast and we will give you all the necessary resources.

Responsibilities

— Create and lead our sales strategy, generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with other teams, optimize sales pipeline.
— Manage sales documentation (such as Ideal Customer Profile, Channels, Scripts etc.)
— Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
— Grow and lead Sales Teams

What skills do I need?

— 1+ years of experience selling Platform-as-a-Service (SaaS) and working towards strategic business goals in the technology industry. (eCommerce / Ad Tech fields will be a huge advantage).
— Understanding Sales Methodologies / Approaches (Predictable Revenue / SPIN etc.)
— Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
— Excellent communication/presentation, strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, present and execute strategy.
— Excellent English written and verbal communication (Advanced or Fluent)
— Intellectual curiosity and problem solving
— Collaborative and coachable
— Highly motivated and self-driven
— Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude
