RetargetApp automatically creates and optimizes effective advertising campaigns. Our company has been a proud Facebook Marketing Partner since 2016 in Ukraine. With us, you can develop a product together with the best Facebook Ads experts in the world and get a chance to work with new technologies before their public release.

Currently we are looking for an Account Manager who will communicate efficiently with our clients and set up trustful communication with them. Super cool possibility to create great customer experience overseas working closely with Facebook and Google algorithms and team of professionals.

What you will need to do

— make first contact with new clients
— collect necessary info to keep records in CRM (business goals, clients’ pains, desired budget to spend and preferable means of communication)
— provide clients with suggestions and exceptional support, check them up on any possible assistance
— collect and process clients’ feedback

This is for you if you

— have 1+ experience on similar position of Account Manager with experience in phone calls (inbound, scheduled)
— are proficient with CRM (Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
— speak and write Advanced English
— are client oriented, obtained strong communication skills and business ethics
— are attentive to details and have analytical and troubleshooting mindset
— simply a nice person to deal with:)

Nice if you

— have experience with eCommerce and B2B
— have basic knowledge of Google Shopping Ads,Facebook Ads and Dynamic Ads
