Financial Controller Assistant (вакансія неактивна)

— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
— 3+ years of experience in the Private Entrepreneurs support (both general and unified taxation systems)
— 2+ years of experience of working within a finance department in IT company
— 3+ years of experience in Ukrainian legal entities administration (both VAT and non-VAT)
— Experience in Inventory management system’ administration
— Experience in accounting systems (preferably QuickBooks, but Zoho Books and Xero are also good)
— A clear understanding of accounting processes and procedures, knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian law
— Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook, Client-Bank systems (Privat24 and Mono), Electronic cabinet of Taxpayers
— Good communication skills
— Result-oriented and stick to deadlines
— Good analytical and problem-solving skills
— Intermediate English level is a must.

— Assist and guide PEs in UA region during PE registration process
— Prepare and keep up-to-date instructions on PE maintenance process
— Advise on opening bank accounts, transfer from another bank and prepare related documents
— Delivery of needed documentation to/ from the Bank
— Set up Electronic signatures for submitting reports (prepare required documents, pay bills, set up the keys)
— Be responsible for the Group of PEs (up to 60 PEs registered in the Unified Taxation system)
— Set up insurance and tax payment orders on a monthly basis, make sure that they are paid timely
— Prepare and submit tax reports on a quarterly basis, reports to the Pension Fund (once per year), etc.
— Fill in income books for each PE in the UA region on a regular basis
— Provide consultancy to PEs on request
— Keeping all the related PE databases up to date
— Inventory management activities
— Assisting the Financial Controller in other related matters.
