Our team is international but mostly consists of Ukrainian developers. Our headquarters are in Kyiv, also we have offices in Rivne and Bratislava. We adhere to the remote-first format — the main thing is that employees are safe and comfortable working with each other.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant or similar assignment (preferably executive assistant)
  • Upper Intermediate English (speaking and writing)
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex internal and external executive meetings
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines, be flexible, and be in touch most of the time
  • Ability to solve complex issues and make decisions independently
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Responsible, result oriented and self-organizated
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Ability to work with confidential information

YOU WILL:

  • Provide administrative daily support for CEO and top management team
  • Manage the personal and business calendars of the CEO and top management team, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, maintaining the events calendar, sending reminders
  • Research needed information, compile summaries, and prepare reports presentations, spreadsheet, meeting minutes
  • Manage databases and fill in the data in the systems
  • Full cycle of business trips arrangements for the CEO and Top management & travel management for employees
  • Help with personal tasks (e.g., arrange an appointment with a doctor, take a delivery, etc.)
  • Maintain the life of the office (ordering water, tea, coffee, etc.), arrange the purchase of stationery and cover other office needs
  • Help the HR department with events organisation and with other different people related tasks
  • Arrange the logistic of gifts for employees
  • Manage the gifts warehouse
  • Daily office presence required (Kyiv, Creative States Arsenal)
