WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes responsibility for design, delivery and post-delivery processes of the digital banking platform. In this role you will lead design, delivery and product development, coordinate stakeholders and third-party vendors. As a Solution architect you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the technology environment
• Analyzing enterprise specifics
• Analyzing and documenting requirements
• Setting the collaboration framework
• Participating in technology selection
• Controlling solution development
• Supporting project

This is a client-facing role: the candidate must have a sound understanding of microservices, and technology architecture but also good communication skills

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience in fintech domain
• 8+ years in one of Software Development areas
• Cloud infrastructure
• Software development
• Software architecture design
• DevOps
• At least 5+ years of technical experience
• Deep understanding of solution architecture patterns, data structures, algorithms and design
• Experience in building a micro-service cloud architecture
• Experience with industry-leading RDBMS and NoSQL engines
• Experience with message brokers and asynchronous patterns
• Experience with project level estimation
• Broad knowledge of web standards relating to APIs and security (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.)
• Practical experience on technical design preparation and presenting
• Sufficient knowledge and experience to define Architectural drivers, constraints, quality attributes and perform trade-off analysis
• Deep analytical skills
• Upper intermediate English

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in pre-sales activities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and document solutions architecture that covers both functional and non-functional requirements
• Participate in all areas that are needed for successful solution implementation — from UX to backend and infrastructure
• Take architecture decisions and communicate them to teams and stakeholders
• Provide in-depth decision analysis if needed
• Perform solutions analysis
• Be a technical mentor for teams, support teams in technical issues, and address issues in architecture
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements. Identify solution risks and find ways to mitigate them
• Define and enforce technical excellence during solution implementation
• Eventual reviews of solutions architectures, system changes, teams scope, and cod
