RBI Retail Innovation is a product development company, a part of the group of Raiffeisen Bank International (Vienna, Austria).
We are a stable company that works in the EU market. Now we have products in Poland and Romania. Our ambition will be widespread in EU countries in the next few years. Our projects include next-gen digital banking platforms’ design, delivery, and post-delivery activities.
Our team is international but mainly consists of Ukrainian developers. We have offices in Kyiv and Rivne.

Our mission is to provide seamless banking with ease and speed that’s built for people. Our values are People First, Product Passion, and Trust.

3. We do Digital Bank; you can check our app in the Polish market. Our product is big loans, and getting credit decisions takes, on average, less than 15 min after the app download. Our app, on average, is downloaded 3k times per week;
4. We are very ambitious and willing to cover all EU in several years with a current account, savings account, cards, and loans functionality;
5. There are already 100 people on the team in 1 year, and we are growing
