The ideal candidate will be adept at convincingly presenting our clients’ offerings and mentoring a team of SDRs to achieve collective success. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the SDR team.
  • Manage lead generation for our clients’ projects to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships, uncover new sales opportunities through nurturing prospects and coaching the team on these techniques.
  • Develop, refine, and implement communication strategies and scripts tailored to each campaign, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Personalize outreach efforts for key accounts and guide the team in securing appointments.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills.
  • Suggest and implement campaign optimizations, including targeting and communication strategies, to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Train, and develop new team members, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Extensive sales and communication experience, with a background in SDR or Sales roles, preferably at a managerial level.
  • Previous experience in outbound lead generation and team management.
  • English proficiency at a professional level (C1+).
  • Quick learner with a knack for researching leads, sparking new relationships, and fostering a team environment that does the same.
