As a leader in B2B marketing, Respect.Studio is searching for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) skilled at establishing meaningful connections online. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated research team to identify prospects and work alongside our marketing project managers to develop and manage impactful campaigns. Your primary goal will be to engage with leads through thoughtful dialogue, transforming initial contacts into scheduled appointments for the sales team.

  • Manage lead generation for our clients’ projects to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities through the nurturing of prospects.
  • Develop and refine communication strategies and scripts tailored to each campaign.
  • Personalize outreach efforts for key accounts to secure appointments.
  • Suggest campaign optimizations, including targeting and communication strategies, to enhance overall effectiveness.


  • Strong sales and communication skills backed by experience in SDR or Sales roles.
  • Previous experience in outbound lead generation.
  • English on a professional level (C1+).
  • Quick learner who thrives on researching leads and sparking new relationships.
