IT Sales manager (вакансія неактивна)

Requestum is looking for a skilled Sales manager who will be working with Upwork platform/Linkedin and be responsible for writing creative bids, initial requirements clarification, qualification and leading prospects through the whole pre-sale process, and closing deals.

We’re really fun and professional sales team with easy-to-work management. You won’t be stuck in an endless paper routine, following redundant processes or kept waiting for unreasonably long answers from the developer/pre-sale team. We’re a growing company and pay great respect to sales activities and understand its importance.

We’re looking for an ambitious person who has advanced Engish (candidate should quickly write catchy bids), is not afraid of taking responsibility and will be laser-focused on closing deals which requires having:
— at least 1+ year of IT Sales experience
— experience in closing deals on your current or previous positions
— good negotiation skill (ability to reasonably make your point)
— knowledge of theoretical part of sales (and constantly self-developing in this direction)
— skill of working with objections
— high level of autonomy (including an ability to find possible solutions in unknown situations)
— decent level of business acumen
— exceptional communication skill because a candidate should be able to find common ground with any person

Your everyday routine will look like this:
Find prospects on Upwork/Linkedin (it’s up to you to decide) through writing bids and accepting invites. Participate in video calls with leads. Maintain client base in CRM and analyze sales funnel.

As a salesperson, you’ll take an important part in pre-sale process together with the development team to prepare proposals according to client needs. Close deals! Support leads who became clients as an account manager.

Finally, you’ll participate in a super-fun weekly sales meetings and grow professionally with a team!
