Starter-kit needed to join the board:
— Proven experience as Process Manager Officer or similar role
— 6+ months of experience in IT sphere
— Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
— Strong organizational and facilitating skills
— You are attentive to details and like to keep everything organized
— You are committed to teamwork and collaboration, you enjoy communicating with people.
— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
What you will do:
— Identify process gaps
— Design, implement, monitor and improve the process management system
— Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
— Help the team identify roadblocks and facilitate solution (or ensure that the problem has an owner and deadline)
— Manage dependencies across all teams
— Manage timelines across all departments
