We are a product company working in the US, Europe, and the global market. Right now we are a team of 80+ people working 100% remotely from day 1, we have 3500+ customers using our platform and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team to help us grow further.

Our product (reply.io) is a leading sales acceleration platform that automates personal and business communications, including emails, calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and messengers.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Deep understanding of project management principles and SDLC
• Practical experience with using flexible development methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Kanban)
• Experience in building the communication flow between technical and non-technical parts of the team
• Strong people management, client relationship and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various business groups
• Excellent knowledge of JIRA Task Management tool
• Upper Intermediate + level of spoken and written English

Responsibilities:
• Lead several Development teams in parallel
• Follow and suggest needed improvements of the current Development Process
• Facilitate of Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Demo, Retro)
• Communicate regularly to senior management on status, risks, and progress
• Solve problems throughout the entire cycle of the project and reach the balance
