• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• 1+ years or more of SaaS sales experience
• Proven success in closing both renewal and expansion opportunities
• Previous experience of working with US/European customers
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
• Strong communication skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
• Experience leveraging a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Copper, Pipedrive)
