We are a product company working in the US, Europe, and the global market. Right now we are a team of 70+ people working 100% remotely from day 1, we have 2500+ customers using our platform.

Our product (reply.io) is a leading sales acceleration platform that automates personal and business communications, including emails, calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and messengers.

Our Sales team is looking for driven Account Executives with a background in B2B technology, IT or SaaS sales, selling to mid-market level customers, and a strong track record of overachievement.

We’re looking for someone with:
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• 1+ years or more of SaaS sales experience
• Proven success in closing both renewal and expansion opportunities
• Previous experience of working with US/European customers
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
• Strong communication skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
• Experience leveraging a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Copper, Pipedrive)
• The “startup” mindset
• Interest in SaaS, data, technology

• Build and manage a sales plan
• Work full-cycle deals from demo complete to close
• Learn and demonstrate the Reply.io platform to new prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts
• Research and target relevant companies
• Collect feedback from prospects/customers to pass to engineering and product teams to make our product better
• Represent the company by attending events, conferences
