Renty is a product-driven rent-a-car IT company operating in the UAE market. Its core product is a large-scale B2C e-commerce marketplace for car and luxury vehicle rentals across the country.

The platform operates with strong inbound demand and high transaction volumes, driving over 100,000 monthly visits and attracting thousands of active mobile app users. Renty is a mature, revenue-generating business already operating at scale.

Renty already operates at scale: strong inbound demand, a mature product, and a sales team that’s actively closing deals.

What we’re missing is a senior sales owner, someone who will take full responsibility for sales, challenge how things are done today, and build a system that’s ready for the next level of growth.

This is not a “manage what already exists” role.

This role is about owning sales as a system and rebuilding it to match the scale of the business.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Owning the B2C sales function end to end
  • Reviewing the current sales setup and identifying growth bottlenecks
  • Improving how inbound leads are handled and how sales conversations are conducted
  • Raising the overall quality and professionalism of the sales team
  • Building clearer, more scalable sales processes
  • Redesigning motivation and commission models where needed
  • Working closely with customer support and operations
  • Preparing sales for further scaling and potential expansion into new markets

What you’ll work with

  • B2C sales model
  • High-volume traffic with fast sales cycles
  • 10 sales professionals and a Customer Support team
  • Fully remote team (Ukraine / Europe)
  • UAE market, with international expansion ahead

Lead generation is already in place. Your focus is conversion, quality, structure, and scale.

This role is a good fit if

  • You’ve worked in B2C sales long enough to see what works and what starts to break as volume grows
  • You enjoy improving how sales operate day to day, from lead handling to performance standards
  • You’re comfortable taking full ownership of a sales function and making decisions independently
  • You’re used to working with real volume and responsibility (millions per month is not intimidating)
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
