Product Designer

We are one of the largest proptech/real estate startups on the market, searching for an experienced product designer who will join our team in Kyiv. Present in over 70 countries, our company needs a strong player who will reinforce our design team and help us create a global product in a fast-moving startup environment.

Know that no detail is insignificant
Keep everything organized, clean, and coherent
Know when to follow the rules and when to break them

Requirements:
At least 6 years of industry experience
Experience building large-scale products
Knowledge of using and creating design systems
Proficiency in all standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Photoshop, Illustrator
Principle or AE is a good bonus
Experience working with analytics and conversions is a huge plus
Strong self-management skills
Sense of ownership
Ability to maintain a healthy balance between business goals, user needs, and development costs
Ability to build personal relationships and trust with the team
