A fast-growing Irish startup has one mission: to make products look great across e-commerce stores. They are building teams and software to help e-commerce businesses display and describe their products in the best way.
The company is growing quickly and is looking for another person to join their team! You’ll be reporting to a coordinator and working closely with the data entry and customer success team.
Required skills:
— Solid written English skills to communicate with the team, establish relations with English speaking partners and navigate on English-speaking websites and understand the content;
— You are a digital native and navigate new websites and software quickly;
— You are experienced with software like Dropbox, Google Drive, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and similar;
— You are available for a remote opportunity full-time;
— You are well-organized, diligent and a self-starter who doesn’t need reminders;
— You are friendly, helpful, and have a solution-oriented attitude;
— You have good humor and a chill attitude. We do. You’ll need it =)
Responsibilities:
— Signing up for various content sharing platforms (Box, Dropbox, FTP servers, ...);
— Browsing them for the content you need;
— Engage with brands across the globe (primarily via email) to source digital content (images and descriptions) for their retail clients.
— Downloading the content and making it available where necessary;
— Pasting text into spreadsheets for the content team to work on them.
