They raise money earlier this year and grow very quickly (20 to 350 in less than 2 years)

Next year, they plan to expand the team with 40 new developers

Team

The company is 350 people big.

The tech team is composed of +40 people, including:

  • 2 fullstacks / support
  • 35 fullstacks developers
  • 5 devops
  • 8 frontend developers
  • 3 engineering managers
  • 1 CTO
  • 1 VP Engineering

Organized in 5 people feature teams.

Stack

  • Backend: ASP.Net core (CQRS & DDD) (Entity Framework) (Dependency Injection)
  • Frontend: Angular 12 (TypeScript), Less/SCSS
  • Test: MSTest, NUnit, NSubtitute, SpecFlow, Selenium
  • Tools: Cloud Azure, Azure DevOps,
  • Full-time remote position in the client’s team, developing the product for the long term
  • 6 weeks trial period
  • 85% Backend — 15% Frontend
  • Advice and iterate on the whole app (front-end interaction, infrastructure)
  • Mentor newcomers and existing team members
  • Suggest improve and implement good development practices

Requirements

  • 6y+ professional experience using C# ASP.Net core.
  • 3y+ professional experience using AngularJS (TypeScript).
  • Strong knowledge of Unit-test, and Functional-test.
  • Code quality is very important to you (as it is to us).
  • Willing to contribute fullstack (back + front).
  • Fluent spoken & written English.

  • Tech interview with Customer (2 hours, technical discussion + case study + candidate questions)
