Tech stuff you should know and understand:

— front-end: unerdstand the need and pro/consts of JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, WebSockets etc
— databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
— Erlang\Haskell\Brainfuck — just kidding, but it would be a great plus :)
