We’re on the lookout for a talented Java developer to join our dynamic development team! You should have a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.

About the project:

The German company focuses on smart meters with integrated sensors, enabling autonomous data transmission, including voltage sensors offering consumption recommendations. The ongoing project aims to create a smart controller for these meters, providing customized data based on user access levels, tailored for both inspectors and users.

You’ll be a valued member of the team. Your work will include direct communication with a client, so you should be confident in your communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with a team and client directly;
• Build reusable, testable, and efficient code.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Java;
• Experience with Kafka;
• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL Database implementations (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc);
• Knowledge of Hibernate, Git;
• English — at least Upper-Intermediate level.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AWS, Kubernetes.
