proficient in English;
3+ years of experience in teaching English to adults of different levels (preferably in IT-companies);
higher education in linguistics / pedagogical field;
excellent communication skills, outside of the box approach to classes, personal approach to students, flexibility to work with busy people, patience and discipline;
a genuine passion for teaching the English Language;
self-motivated, energetic, creative, dedicated, and sincere personality.

delivering customized one-on-one lessons (General & Business English) to employees;
providing tandem lessons on demand (for two people of the same level);
conducting Walk & Talk lessons on demand (in Stryiskyi Park or Park of Culture and rest near our office);
running an English Speaking club on demand;
assigning and checking homework assignments;
monitoring students’ performance and achievements;
managing students’ English PDPs;
taking part in the preparation of the English Rating & English proficiency stats;
providing occasional ELAs (English Level Assessment) to our potential employees.

Experience in IT is desirable.
