Lead Qualification Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist who will play a key role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to identify business opportunities and ensure a strong connection between marketing efforts and the sales team.

Your mission is to qualify incoming leads, understand customer needs, and create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely processing and qualification of inbound leads from the website, marketing campaigns, and events;
• Prompt response to inquiries to establish contact with potential customers who have expressed interest;
• Identifying customer needs and assessing the fit of our product/service with their requirements;
• Scheduling and coordinating product demos and meetings for Account Executives;
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updating lead statuses in the CRM system;
• Conducting lead verification and qualification;
• Achieving assigned KPIs and contributing to overall sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Strong interest in B2B sales and the IT industry;
• High attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude, stress resilience, independence, and strong self-organization skills.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
