We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a key role in improving the effectiveness and performance of our sales organization. In this role, you will help shape how the sales team operates by providing the right content, training, tools, and processes at the right time.
Your mission is to increase sales productivity and ensure teams are fully equipped to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver onboarding programs to help new sales hires quickly ramp up on products, sales processes, tools, and market understanding
- Conduct regular training sessions and hands-on workshops focused on practical sales skills and real business needs
- Maintain and continuously improve sales materials to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with current sales strategies
- Support the adoption and effective use of CRM systems and other sales tools (strong understanding of CRM philosophy is essential)
- Collaborate with IT to translate business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports (e.g., Power BI)
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging, priorities, and go-to-market initiatives
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency and reduce friction
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to gather and translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions
- Analytical mindset with experience in working with sales data and extracting insights
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, self-driven, and flexible
- Strong attention to detail
