Integration & Project Coordinator

Location: Lviv, office

We are currently looking for an Integration & Project Coordinator for a company that develops advanced solutions in the defense tech. sector. You will become part of the Integration Department, which supports clients during the implementation of the company’s products — including communication systems — into their own solutions throughout all stages of development.

As a Integration & Project Coordinator you will ensure seamless communication between internal technical teams and clients, enabling successful execution of integration projects and strengthening customer trust in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all communication between the Integration Department and clients.
• Participate in pre-sales activities.
• Organize the integration workflow for hardware and related solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities within integration projects.
• Oversee the collection of client feedback after integrations.
• Coordinate the resolution of complex L2 cases from the Support Team after integrations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of technical materials and recommendations for the Support and Pre-Sales teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in managing technical projects.
• Ability to coordinate the work of internal and client teams.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, technical specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Product mindset.
• Understanding of technical systems (electronics, power systems, networks, interfaces) (will be a big plus).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to quickly respond to changes and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
