Reface is hiring an Innovation Manager

We want to build a strong innovation function inside the company. A sort of our own accelerator. The Innovation Manager will be here at the helm being responsible for driving ideation, exploration, and validation of new AI product ideas.

About us:

Reface is on a mission ’Empower Content creation’ and building OUTSTANDING Gen AI product company from Ukraine. We combine proprietary ML research with open source tech to build easy-to-use and emotionally engaging products for Content Creation & Entertainment.

What will you do:

• manage the ideas pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of innovative concepts for new products
• structure and evaluate ideas submitted by team members, assessing their potential value and feasibility
• facilitate & operationally support cross functional team so our Innovation process is efficient and successful
• gather and analyse AI/ML news and market insights to inform product development and identify potential opportunities
• conduct market and user research to better understand customer needs, competition and trends
• collaborate closely with ML researchers, product managers, designers, and marketing specialists to explore and validate ideas
• transform ideas & concepts into business cases and present them co-CEOs and the team

What should you have:

• at least 2 years of experience as a product manager, business analyst, or project manager in a Tier 1 product/accelerator/ consulting/investment company
• excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the effective evaluation and execution of ideas
• strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
• experience conducting market researches
• interest and understanding of the Gen AI space, including a keen awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and applications
• excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• quick learner with the ability to adapt to new information, technologies, and processes rapidly
