We are looking for Intellectual Property Legal Counsel to join the legal department of Reface.

Key requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in a top-tier Ukrainian or international law firm / one of the Big-4 companies / reputable in-house legal department
• Ability to manage small projects and workstreams independently
• Good analytical skills, systematic approach and logical thinking
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• TM availability searches, national and international TM filings
• drafting and negotiating copyright licensing and assignment agreements
• analyzing content initiatives of various teams for compliance with applicable regulations
• elaborating online and offline strategies for protection of company’s IP objects
• drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts governed by Ukrainian or foreign law (English, US law)
