Reface is hiring a Product Analyst

Work with the Reface app’s content team to test, analyze, track metrics, and uncover the underlying story in any data


• we have 3 Product Analysts, each of them work on a specific direction; seniority level of the team is Middle&Senior, but we prefer not to use titles at all
we use working processes. There are no scrum masters. The team decides how to work and what technologies and approaches to choose
no micromanagement. We have no time or desire for this
unlimited vacation time. We trust each other
now we work remotely and smart, instead of 9 to 5

What will you do:

• analyze released content units, analyze split test results
track “anomalies” — search for trends, popular topics
• regularly report key metrics to stakeholders in content and product teams. It helps them feel less stressed
• make a detailed user behavior analysis upon the team’s request
user segmentation based on content consumption
• create analytical tools for the content team


• are a true fan of figures and reports
• are attentive to details and that easily drives other people crazy
• are crazy with dashboards and fancy about showing changes in user metrics and behavior
• have experience with mobile app analytics
have experience with A/B testing
have good knowledge of statistics
• worked with Amplitude. Cohort analysis and SQL queries mean something to you
• are adept at presentations and sharing insights

Nice to have experience with Python / R, Tableau and Firebase. It’s not among must-haves, still, such knowledge will сome in handy further.
