Reface is hiring a Local Content Manager
We believe our customers can get more out of using Reface App. A lot has been done and even more to be done ahead. With this role, we are looking for a Local Content Manager, the one who would delve deeper and bring the relevance of our content to a whole new level
• we use working processes. There are no scrum masters or detailed guidelines of what to do in each situation, all eyes on work to be done
• sense of ownership. We don’t like playing blame games
• no micromanagement. We have no time or desire for this
• unlimited vacation time. We trust each other
• now we work remotely and smart, instead of 9 to 5
• evolve a strategy on creators search and attraction from around the world
• do talent recruitment depending on team targets and new product features (search, first contact, onboarding)
• develop a motivation plan for creators
• help creators to maximize the use of all Reface features by explaining how different mechanics work; develop brand loyalty
• lead communication between external creators and the internal Content team
• ensure this direction of growth to be data-driven
This position is new for us, so basically you’ll have all cards off the table to launch and tailor the process as you see it
• you have a track record of successfully managing creative teams
• you worked before with media formats
• you have advanced English, it goes without saying
• you are familiar with the term “content localization” and generally understand how it works
• you can think at a strategic high level but also dive into the details of a problem
• you are passionate about the future of content creation
