We are looking for a Monetization Project Manager who will work closely with the product manager and head of monetization daily and cope with monetization-related, especially with a Reface Network advertising platform.

At Reface, a Project Manager means that you will
• Market research and analysis
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
• Organization of reports and analytics of the effectiveness of the development process
• Meeting appointments and follow-ups preparation
• Project management in Notion
• Conducting morning daily stand-ups
• Structuring tasks for the development of an advertising platform
• Prioritizing tasks
• Daily task reviews

Basically, you will be the one engaged in changing the way we see advertising.

What should you have
• 1 year+ of experience as an IT Project Manager;
• Experience in advertising companies will be a plus;
• Understanding of existing IT management tools and frameworks (Scrum/Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
• Strong leadership and communications skills;
• Ability to organize and document projects, budgets, and schedules in project management tools;
• Knowledge of computer science;
• At least Upper-intermediate English
