The product combines healthcare and fintech domains, requiring strong attention to data accuracy, compliance, user experience, and scalable system architecture. The team works on enhancing member-facing portals, improving payment workflows, and supporting integrations between benefit management and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect / Software Architect in complex multi-team environments
- Architect and guide solutions built on a Microsoft ecosystem, including .NET, Angular, and Azure Cloud
- Solid background in API architecture, system integrations, and data architecture design
- Experience working across multiple products or platforms simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work in a partnership-oriented, non-hierarchical environment
- Deep understanding of scalable distributed systems and modern software architecture principles
- Ability to quickly understand existing systems and effectively transition into new domains and projects
- Experience supporting technical scaling and cross-team alignment in fast-growing organizations
- Nice to have: experience in fintech, healthcare, payment systems, AI-driven products, or customer service platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience designing and evolving scalable architectures using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Collaborate closely with multiple engineering teams and architects across Pods 1 and 2 to design and evolve scalable API and data architecture solutions
- Embed into existing teams to gain deep understanding of current systems, technical flows, and business domains before leading architecture initiatives for new projects
- Drive architectural alignment and knowledge sharing across teams while maintaining a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach
- Support the scaling of multiple products and platforms, including payments, FMP, welfare pay, and upcoming AI customer service solutions
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy, system integration, and smooth transitions between projects and newly formed teams
- Work alongside architects, engineering leads, and stakeholders to identify architectural improvements, technical dependencies, and scalability opportunities
