We’re looking for a Junior Data Engineer who’s eager to grow and work with modern Microsoft data tools. You’ll support the design and development of data pipelines, work with Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Power BI, and help transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory: creating simple data pipelines, loading data from files, APIs, or databases
• Solid understanding of SQL: writing basic queries, joins, aggregations, and working with views
• Experience with Power BI: connecting to data sources and creating simple reports with filters and visuals
• Knowledge of Data Processing Concepts: staging layers, transformation steps, and incremental (delta) loads
• Familiarity with JSON/XML and the basics of working with REST APIs
• Interest or beginner-level experience in Data Warehousing (Microsoft Fabric/Azure Synapse Analytics)
• Understanding of Data Modeling: facts, dimensions, Star/Snowflake schema

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
• Writing SQL queries for data transformation, aggregation, and preparation
• Building Power BI reports
• Implementing ETL/ELT logic within a Data Warehouse
• Working with JSON, XML and REST APIs
