As a Junior Strong Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals that contribute to our success. You will leverage your expertise in sales, technology, and CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle, from the introductory call to the final contract signing.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the SDLC process.
  • Familiar with backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with outbound strategies and working with cold leads.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools like Pipedrive and Hubspot is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in English and conversational skills.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Independence and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire sales process, from the intro call to closing the deal.
  • Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.
  • Negotiate with prospects and understand their needs.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals.
  • Keep CRM systems like Pipedrive and Hubspot up to date.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop client acquisition strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Report your results to management.
