Reenbit is growing more a more, that`s why we need a proactive and experienced Junior Strong/Middle Lead Generation Specialist for our Sales Team. Our current Sales Department consist of 2 Middle BizDevs and Head of Sales. So let`s work together! :)
Main requirements:
- 1,5+ years of proven background in prospecting and lead generation in IT outsourcing, preferably for the US/EU region.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher level of English).
- Confidence utilising LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.
- Experience with creating outbound campaigns.
- Understanding how to create a new leads pipeline for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads according to ICPs, conduct research using tools and contact databases to find contact details.
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns.
- Research and explore new lead generation channels.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop new ways of generating leads, cold contacting channels, and nurturing strategies.
- Automate and improve lead generation process (improvement of scripts, new funnels, etc.).
- Gather the initial requirements from the customers.
- Transfer hot leads to Business Development Managers.
- Provide support for the Business Development team.
- Create and update company profile on new marketplaces.
- Research market trends.
