Middle Project Manager

The Redwerk team is looking for an open, responsible, and customer-centric person with superb communication and diplomatic skills — someone who manages client expectations and builds friendly relations with teammates equally well. The experience you need to nail the tasks successfully:

— 2+ years of experience in managing outsource development teams
— Knowledge of Scrum, Waterfall, Agile and Kanban methodologies
— Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
— Proficiency, experience in analyzing and clarifying functional and technical requirements
— Proficiency, experience in writing project documentation
— Proficiency, experience of using trackers JIRA, Trello, Redmine
— Business thinking
— Experience in developing practices and guidelines
— English — advanced

Will be a plus:

— Technical background
— Account management experience

You will be in charge of:

— Planning the development of entire projects and individual functionals
— Resource planning for projects
— Estimation of projects for new customers
— Communication with customer representatives
— Customer expectations management
— Risk and change management
— Interesting and non-standard projects from Germany, the USA, Africa, and even New Zealand
