Project Manager (web3) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a manager who is passionate about Web3 and can handle both complex technical issues and marketing communications. If you are an open-minded, responsible, and customer-oriented person with excellent communication and diplomatic skills, we will be more than happy to welcome you to our team. The readiness to work in a horizontal system and manage several projects simultaneously with preparing ToRs and researching the market is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

— 2+ years of PM experience in IT
— Solid knowledge of basic PM theory, terminology and tools
— English proficiency — advanced
— Basic BA expertise, understanding the logic behind working with client requirements
— Marketing background
— Well developed communication skills, diplomacy, ability to manage client expectations
— Excellent personal and team time management
— Readiness to manage several projects simultaneously
— Product thinking, genuine interest in building and developing products

WILL BE A PLUS:
— Track record of working with Jira/Confluence
— Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodology
— Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and PM tools
— Knowing PMBOK and BABOK standards

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tingl is an open-source encrypted peer-to-peer messenger coming on iOS and Android in 2023 with a bunch of web3 gems sprinkled on top: exclusive control over personal data, anonymity, content creation features, ability to send crypto to contacts as well as rewards to favorite content makers. The messenger is built on BAMM transport protocol, providing impeccable security and privacy for its users. Tingl will serve as an ecological means of communication, bypassing censorship and saving valuable and socially meaningful content.
