Marketing Specialist

Redwerk is looking for a teammate — a Marketing Specialist to join our middle-to-senior team!

REQUIRED SKILLS:
— 2+ years of experience as a marketer
— Experience in digital marketing and analytics
— Initiative fast-learner with the ability to multitask
— Result-driven approach (confirmed by the track record of success at your previous workplace) with high skills in self-organization
— Critical thinking, creative spirit and open mindset
— Upper-Intermediate English (B2)

WILL BE A PLUS:
— Previous experience in IT marketing, or IT product marketing
— Experience with Google Analytics (GMP), PPC campaigns and end-to-end analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Conducting market research, competitive research, customer research
— Generating ideas and hypotheses according to marketing objectives
— Executing advertising campaigns and analyzing results
— Communicating with leads via Linkedin and mail relying on streamlined workflow
— Handling UX website improvements and marketing materials production process (news, articles, case studies, testimonials, presentations, videos)
— Participating in content development, communicating with designers, copywriters, videographers, SEO specialists, and developers
