REQUIRED SKILLS:
— Impeccable spoken and written English (С1-С2)
— Track record as a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager in В2В or tech customer support of IT products
— Experience in working with the Western market
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Working with outbound leads (50% of traveling, road shows)
— Attending IT exhibitions, conferences, events around the world
— Qualifying leads, uncovering clients’ business needs, understanding projects’ success criteria
— Conducting interviews with clients and achieving the set goals at every stage of a sales funnel
— Communication with the delivery department
— Preparing pitches, business proposals, and reports
— Updating data in the CRM system
— Maintaining continuous contact with existing clients, gathering feedback, analyzing client satisfaction, and devising upgraded offerings
— Analyzing market trends and dynamics
— Knowledge sharing with the marketing team
