We are currently looking for an experienced Magento Frontend Tech Lead.

This role involves steering projects, enhancing user experiences, and driving innovation in e-commerce solutions. As a key team member, you will engage in extensive collaboration across departments, playing an important role in shaping the direction of clients’ and internal products.

Responsibilities

• 🚀 Define technical project requirements and draft comprehensive technical documentation.
• 🚀 Provide accurate time and resource estimations for technical tasks.
• 🚀 Architect, develop, and maintain cutting-edge solutions.
• 🚀 Lead and oversee the technical execution of frontend aspects in eCommerce projects.
• 🚀 Ensure project implementation quality through code reviews, application of best practices, and considerations for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• 🚀 Ensure seamless deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• 🚀 Collaborate closely with project managers to understan client needs and translate them into technical tasks.
• 🚀 Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance innovation and efficiency in client’s solutions.
• 🚀 Engage in client meetings, offering high-level technical insights to non-technical stakeholders for effective communication.
• 🚀 Contribute to the development of complex and high-level implementations.

Requirements

• ✅ 4-5 years of experience in Magento 2 frontend development.
• ✅ Demonstrated leadership experience in a Tech Lead position for 1-2 years, showcasing successful guidance of frontend teams and providing technical direction and mentorship.
• ✅ Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, native JS, Tailwind, and AlpineJS.
• ✅ In-depth knowledge of the React library.
• ✅ A thorough understanding of Magento architecture, theming, customization, and Magento frontend fallback (xml/layout/theme).
• ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• ✅ Preferable experience using task and requirement tracking tools like Jira.
• ✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• ✅ Ability to simplify complex code for easy comprehension.
• ✅ Capability to estimate and define work for frontend developers.
• ✅ Understanding and application of OOP, design principles (KISS, YAGNI, DRY) in development practices.

Certifications

• 📌 Magento 2 Frontend Developer Certification.

Nice to Have

• 📌 Experience with Hyva Themes.
• 📌 Knowledge of Magento 2 backend.
• 📌 Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration/deployment and test automation.
• 📌 Familiarity with Docker.
