Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive who can manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to deal closure. This role combines outbound work, partner interaction, and direct ownership of opportunities in Salesforce.

You will work with partners and end customers, qualify opportunities, drive deals forward, and close revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales opportunities from first contact to deal closure (A to Z)
  • Run outbound outreach in collaboration with BDMs and independently
  • Work with Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Engage with partners and end customers
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and manage deal progression
  • Prepare proposals, coordinate internal teams, and support negotiations
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and accurate deal data in Salesforce
  • Use tools such as Snow.io, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding of outbound sales and pipeline management
  • Experience working with partners and multiple stakeholders
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • Ability to manage several opportunities in parallel
  • Structured, accountable, and results-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem, IT services, or consulting
  • Experience selling to EU or US markets
