We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong outbound focus. This role is about building and running scalable outbound motions, generating Sales Qualified Leads, and constantly testing new outbound ideas across email and LinkedIn.
You will work closely with Account Executives and the sales leadership team, owning the early stages of the funnel and directly impacting pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, run, and optimize outbound email automation campaigns
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through outbound activities
- Create and test new outbound hypotheses, messaging, and ICP approaches
- Work actively with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Work with tools such as Snov.io, Apollo, Outreach (or similar)
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
- Hands-on experience with email automation and outbound tooling
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Snov.io, Apollo, Outreach or similar tools
- Strong understanding of outbound sales mechanics and funnel metrics
- Confident written English (daily outreach and internal communication)
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable with experimentation
