We are an official Salesforce partner, specializing in providing consulting and implementation services to help businesses successfully integrate CRM and CX strategies.

We are looking for a Trainee Consultant for our Salesforce Bootcamp starting on December 1. It involves mentorship and real-life projects. The training program is expected to last up to 3 months. Expected dedication — 20h/week; a certificate about the completion is included.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Consultant Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience across several key areas of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is designed to help you grow into a well-rounded consultant — someone who understands both the technical and business sides of Salesforce projects.

You’ll work closely with experienced team members and clients to learn how to:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions (acting as a Business Analyst).
• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments — creating fields, reports, dashboards, and automations (like a Salesforce Administrator).
• Support project management activities by helping to plan, track, and communicate project progress (gaining exposure to Project Management practices).
• Participate in testing and quality assurance, ensuring new functionality works as expected and aligns with business requirements (learning QA skills).
• Document solutions and processes, preparing guides and user stories that support both internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and team members during workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the delivered solution.

Throughout the program, you’ll build a solid foundation in Salesforce tools, business analysis, and consulting best practices — preparing you for a future role as a certified Salesforce Consultant.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Business Analysis.
• Desire to work and learn with the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Written and spoken English at least Upper-intermediate level — is a must!
