We are an official Salesforce partner, specializing in providing consulting and implementation services to help businesses successfully integrate CRM and CX strategies.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Salesforce Bootcamp starting on December 1. It involves mentorship and real-life projects. The training program is expected to last up to 3 months. Expected dedication — 20h/week; a certificate about the completion is included.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will learn how to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Salesforce solutions. You’ll understand how to analyze client processes, design future-state workflows, and support solution documentation.
You will also be involved in the full delivery lifecycle — from discovery and requirement elicitation to user acceptance testing and release preparation — under the guidance of experienced Salesforce Consultants and Business Analysts.

What You’ll Do

1. Learn to analyze how a client’s business works and define their requirements.
2. Document and visualize processes.
3. Take part in workshops, requirement sessions, testing, and release preparation.
4. Work on real projects with guidance from experienced mentors.
5. Focused on real tasks.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Business Analysis principles (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management).
• Interest in how CRM systems and Salesforce technology enable digital transformation and business efficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly.
• English: Upper-intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).
