We are an official Salesforce partner, specializing in providing consulting and implementation services to help businesses successfully integrate CRM and CX strategies.

Currently, we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with exceptional English language proficiency.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you would analyze business processes, gather requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and manage projects.

‍You will also be required to work closely with business stakeholders and other members of the team. You would also be expected to have knowledge about integrating salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems and meet other business requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in the Salesforce platform;
• Written and spoken English at Advanced level — is a must!;
• Ability to transform highly conceptual business needs into a solution that can be effectively implemented;
• Experience in making estimations and creating Solution Designs;
• Strong knowledge of SF configurations, Data Migration, and Sharing settings;
• Experience working as a Business Analyst on projects;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to grasp the requirements of clients from diverse sectors and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap for our clients.

Will be a plus:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator);
• BA certifications;
• Pre-sales experience;
• Project management experience;
• Experience with problem-solving/ facilitation methodologies.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
• Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
• Implementation and customization of customer Salesforce solution projects and integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are met;
• Work with customer management, customer subject matter experts, and information technology personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks, as required;
• Provide support to our current customers within agreed-upon service levels;
• Estimate work, create statements of work, and create simple solution designs.
