Requirements:
- 2+ years leadership experience
- 5+ years as an HR Professional
- Upper intermediate in written and spoken English
- Experience developing and maintaining HR projects (especially looking for Company culture and L&D initiatives)
- Experience in developing and coaching people — both in HR team and middle management
- Strong in strategic tasks and communication at all-hands level
- But the most important thing is that you are a humble person with a passion to your profession
Will be a plus:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Social and Management Sciences, Psychology or related field
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and budgeting
- Leading and growing the HR team (HR, recruiter, office/event manager)
- Develop and maintain HR projects related to employee retention and growth
- Drive initiatives to create a smooth employee experience that consistently shows our culture
- Drive internal communication
- Develop and maintain L&D initiatives (Redtag Academy, soft-skills trainings. Certification programs)
- Drive employer branding activities to attract talent
- Maintain high standard recruiting process with a great candidate experience
- Develop and maintain cross-functional communication to drive continuous improvement to our recruiting and HR processes
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
