Job Summary:

The Human Resource Assistant will perform HR administrative functions and tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the HR department activities. The HR Assistant duties will involve a wide range of support activities inside of the HR department, an important part of the role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support with documents related to HR operation: agreements, invoices, reports;
  • Supporting and assisting all HR activities for department for work with students;
  • Coordinate orientation of new employees;
  • Prepare reports and presentations relating to personnel activities;
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes;
  • Respond to requests for data;
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources operational issues;
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief of Human Resources.

Requirements:

  • 1 + year experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position;
  • Degree in Finance, HR or related fields;
  • General knowledge of HR practices and procedures;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Excel, PowerPoint as a must);
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), databases and similar computer applications;
  • English level B1;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Will be a plus:

  • Prior related work experience on the relevant positions is preferred.
