— implement HR strategies specifically tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives
— serve as the primary HR point of contact for both employees and management within these departments, providing expert guidance on HR matters
— manage the onboarding and adaptation processes, focusing on the effectiveness of the best talent for the specific departments
— conduct performance management and drive employee development programs, ensuring they cater to the unique needs of each department
— guarantee compliance with labor laws and company policies, with a keen eye on department-specific requirements and challenges
— facilitate effective employee relations within these departments, adeptly handling conflicts and fostering a positive work environment
— lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, explicitly targeting improvements within the designated departments
— bachelor’s degree
— minimum of 3 years experience in an HR role, with call center HR management experience a must
— deep understanding of labor laws and employment standards (Ukrainian and International)
— exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across departments
— proven ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly and professionally
— proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
