Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and attract candidates for IT positions of various levels (from middle to C-level).
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize various channels to find candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job sites, and other resources.
• Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Coordinate the hiring process and provide feedback to candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of the IT labor market and modern recruitment methods.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate search.
• Written and spoken English at a B2 level or higher.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proactive and persistent with excellent communication skills.
