Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and attract candidates for non-technical positions of various levels (from middle to C-level).
• Develop sourcing strategies, create pools of relevant candidates, and track candidates’ progress.
• Utilize various channels to find candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job sites, and other resources.
• Conduct screenings and write reviews.
• Communicate with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Assist in organizing interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and provide it to candidates if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Ability to manage the full cycle recruiting flow: from sourcing, conducting screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations, to candidate onboarding.
• Successful experience in closing non-technical positions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate search.
• Written and spoken English at a B2 level or higher.
• Proactive and persistent with excellent communication skills.
