Your main responsibilities:
• Track CEO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments;
• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and reports, including research, data collection, preparation, and assembly of materials;
• Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for CEO, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request,
proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts;
• Taking responsibility for specific projects to support the CEO in the delivery of their work;
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of key department strategies and initiatives in order to brief the CEO each week;
• Drafting replies to e-mails and other communications on behalf of the CEO
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Additional information: Office work with the possibility to work remotely
For the first period of work, these will be tasks related to operational activities, to understand the work of all departments,
their areas of responsibility, reports, etc., then to conduct projects depending on the experience and skills of the candidate
Interaction will be with CEO, COO, operations department, development team
Communication with poultry management and the company as a whole is in English. Knowledge of other languages is not necessary
