We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who enjoys working on complex products in a fast-paced and challenging environment to join our amazing and talented product team.

Project Description

Our client is a Brazilian Time & Attendance startup. Our system allows us to ensure that employees follow the assigned schedule and track their time when they work out of the office.

Our team has been building the technical part of this product from the very beginning. We have already started working with companies with more than 1000 employees.

We are looking for a mature, challenge-driven engineer to reinforce our team and help us build a high-quality product. The project is growing and dynamic and affects the salaries of thousands of people across Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of our global product department
• Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to release
• Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify, analyze, and define problems and business opportunities
• Define clear and effective product requirements based on user and business needs (PRDs, user stories, use cases)
• Work with Multi-functions including R&D, Customer Success, UX, Design etc. in an agile environment to develop high-quality features and product improvements
• Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
• 3+ years of experience in a software development company as a PM, 5+ years in software development
• Experience leading SaaS products/consumer products — An advantage
• Experience in building new products from scratch — An advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate results
• Strong understanding of UI/UX
• Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent English — Speaking and writing
